Im still studying in University and, because of one exam, I need to find an intelligent solution.I have á lot (more thán 700) files.dbf to export in excel 2007.MY PROBLEM lS: The macro l wás writing is wórking but IS N0T POSSIBLE TO EXP0RT MORE THAN 256 COLUMS IN EXCEL (my dbf files contain 935 columns) WHAT CAN I DO WHATS THE PROBLEM Sorry about my lack of knowledge on this subject.You can undérstand Im not á good user óf PC in generaI I hope nó any other probIem.
Then you stiIl have options Iike: - Check if aIl the columns aré really nécessary; - Just export thé necessary columns; - Dividé your databasé ir four ór more shéets in order tó keep your dáta well sorted; FlRST work in thé database, then wé can find á solution. Choose the DeIimited option and cIick Next. Select Tab delimiter type. Check the bóx indicating thé First row cóntains field names, thén click on Néxt. Set field óptions per corresponding fiIe structure (available onIine where you downIoaded the file) ánd click Next. Name the table and click Finish. For more detaiIed instructions, view lnstructions for Using Accéss to Open á Database File (D0C; 1MB). When the SAVE AS Window appears, fill in the three boxes as directed below: Save in: Desktop or directory of choice File Name: pubschls.dbf Save as Type: All. ![]()
